What kind of staff training is this? Reordered another dish and waited another 15 minutes

The food is generally good, but at that price range it is not really value for money.
The bad part is the staff needs retraining urgently. We ordered 2 pastas with one served after around 10 minutes. Because the 2nd pasta comes with steak (penne with steak), we thought it might take a bit longer, so we waited. After almost 30 minutes, it is still not out, so we asked the waiter and he said it is finished but he forgot to tell us. What kind of staff training is this? Reordered another dish and waited another 15 minutes. Sigh
