We advise you not to book any seat at Tau Saigon, or you will waste your money

We have been scammed by this restaurant. We had booked seats for 35 people through Tau Saigon's website, 350 000 VND per person include free tea. On Saturday night (February 23rd), we went on the boat, waited for 30 MINUTES for the tea even though we have asked them to bring tea out many times. Not only the tea, but also the food was arrived super late. The food was bad, dry and poor. Waiters/waitresses' attitudes were unacceptable and the smile never appeared on their faces. We wasted 11 million VND for bad food, bad attitudes, is this worthy? We left with anger and hunger. It is sure that we will not return to Tau Saigon anymore. After returning home, we called the receptionist who we booked at, they said that they would phone us later, however, we received no answer since then. Can not believe that there is this kind of business exist in the city's tourism. We advise you not to book any seat at Tau Saigon, or you will waste your money.
