I often visit here. There are always 4 to 7 staffs playing and chatting LOUD, sometimes running with their plain clothes and also uniforms. So annoying. It is exactly like a kindergarten or a ZOO. Nobody can enjoy ice cream with this atmosphere. I really can not believe this horrible place is ran by an American company. They must teach staffs hospitality and moral as a person who serve meal to customer who pays money and spend time.
