These people have some serious customer service, I'd even go as far as to say moral, issues
I have never written a bad review, but this one is very, very well deserved. I could do no other.
My girlfriend and I needed a place to hang out for about 45 while waiting for a bus out of town. The bus driver asked that we wait at a Cafe Nhan for us, so we stopped in to have a couple drinks, juices, teas or something.
As soon as we sat down, the waiter came over to us. We were looking at the menu for about 3 minutes and he didn't move. There really weren't any good options - they had virtually no fresh juice and the only teas we saw were lipton, and the prices were very high considering the quality of the drinks.
So We decided to just order a tea and to look at the menu some more after the waiter left. When we told him our order (a Lipton tea for 20,000 dong, a huge markup) and mentioned that we'd look some more before ordering something else, he literally laughed. He seemed unwilling to take our order and stood there with a smirk on his face, perhaps hoping that we'd order more if he just stood there and stared at us. We didn't. I asked if there was a prblem; he just continued smirking. He then proceed to speak to his coworkers and they all got a big old laugh at our expense. After another minute or two, He would not leave nor stop smirking and did not bring us our order. So we left.
The place was empty. We ordered an overpriced tea with the intention of ordering some other overpriced juice a little later. All we got was a smirk and laughter while the waiter awkwardly stood over us for 5 minutes.
These people have some serious customer service, I'd even go as far as to say moral, issues.
