Spring rolls ( fresh/fried ), variety of noodle dishes ( pho/vermicelli ), deliciously prepared beef, pork and chicken with steamed/fried rice and wan tan soup.

I recommend you dry vermicelli with thin pork slices, nuts and mint.
For vegetarians I recommend vietnamese spinach with garlic.
