I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for authentic hotpot in Sapa!

We weren't sure which restaurant to choose since so many offer hotpot and they all look similar but we really lucked out with this one! We got the salmon hotpot for two people but really it could have fed four! The salmon was super fresh and tasty and it came with a mountain of veggies and tofu the size of Mt. Fansipan!!! The family running the restaurant was super friendly and helpful in answering our questions and they substituted rice for instant noodles for no extra charge. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for authentic hotpot in Sapa!
