This place used be under different brand name, “Ikkosha”. But offering same category of ramen which is “Tonkotsu”, typical Kyushu (southern part of Japan) style. I suppose they treat soup well because not much typical smell of pork in it. For Japanese and those of ramen lover, it is fortunate to be able to eat this level of ramen at outside of Japan.
