There is definitely a good concept of food there but it was all so disconnected and unbalanced

The food was so limited and the service was very average for a 5-star hotel restaurant. Some of the staff was very friendly but others were just so cold towards us.

Water and soft drinks aren't included in the buffet price so you have to order from the menu and pay additional costs. I only occasionally come to HCMC and rarely go to buffets here so I'm not sure if that's common among buffets. Though where I live, free-flow water and soft drinks are usually included.

We ordered a steak from the kitchen and the beef was amazing but unfortunately it was too salty so it was quite difficult to finish all of it.

The most disappointing was the butter razor clams we ordered from the kitchen as well because it turned out to be cooked with margarine instead of butter... My parents and I couldn't eat that at all because the margarine was so strong.

Overall, I would just say we were all so disappointed as it didn't turn out as we'd expected especially coming from such a renowned hotel in HCMC. I'm not sure if it's because of the lack of customers that's led the quality to go so low or it was just an unlucky night for us. There is definitely a good concept of food there but it was all so disconnected and unbalanced.
