Went there 2 days ago and ordered basic items which I gusset must be good as it is Crystal Jade. But to my disappointment, char siew pao was awfully inedible as the fillings smell sour and looks like it's been there few days and good char siew pao filling should look red and shiny and the meat should be very moist but this one is those dead red color and dry. Disappointing. Other items like ha lao, Siew mai and are terrible as well. Told the supervisor about the char siew pao and got an answer, this is a franchise. So meaning franchise the standard will be lower and is ok to be lower than the outlets wholly owned and managed by CJP group.
