Restaurant opens at 10:00, when customers arrive at 10:30, one waiter come out and ask what to order without giving menu. How on earth i know what you have? After putting the menu down, waiter disappear for 5mins, no sight. Then another waitress came down from stair, i asked for taking order, she said 10:30 kitchen will be opened, i said now is 10:35? She said the owner is having meeting upstair so please wait. So im guessing im part of you employees now that i’d have to wait for your meeting then people will come down and 30mins later for my food? Lovely restaurant decoration but poor management.
