With a high price tag for a bakery the large portion makes up for the difference. The cha bong (pork floss) is not crispy as I hoped like some other meat floss. The pork floss was not the star of the bread but a nice topping. The mayonnaise underneath the pork floss had no flavor. If you did not see the drizzled sauce, then you would not know the mayonnaise was there. This type of savory bread pastry has a very tasty sweet and creamy mayonnaise sauce that will contrast the salty pork floss. Sadly this bread did not have those elements on the top, but the orange cream filling did make up for the shortfall in toppings.
