A bit too noisy,, kids were running around shouting,, maybe because today was holiday... I was expecting nice quiet afternoon tea break. Yeah, smooth creamy Egg Coffee and rich but not too sweet Banh Flan were surely nice accompany,,, if someone stops those kids runnung around. (rated down the service to 5 because of that.)
