Nice dish, but very poor value for money

Ordered the salmon poke. Taste - good, presentation - good. But, Troi oi! So, so stingy with the fish! I’ve lived in Vietnam for 3 years and I know how much 1 kg of salmon costs. What am I paying 90k for? Just Salad and rice? That was a ridiculous amount of fish to recieve. Nice dish, but very poor value for money.
