We reached the restaurant at roughly 7:40 and ordered somewhat chicken wings and cheese. 20 minutes later, a couple of tables after us start to receive their dishes while we were still waiting without any update.
A waitress came, explaining that they ran out of the cheese used for our dish, so we waited for another 20 minutes and watched others finish their meals and leave. We asked again, then were advised to wait for 10 more minutes, yet nothing came at all so we left after nearly an hour waiting. They could have informed us the actual situation right at beginning for our consideration whether to wait or to choose some alternatives or to leave, either of which would have been a much better choice than keep us waiting and receiving nothing in the end.
I reported to a Korean man standing at the front door, and he apologized for the bad experience. However, this cannot make up for my frustration, so this is the first time I’ve visited this restaurant and will also be the last time.
