This is the 3rd time to come here. This place shows the possibility of Rice Paper. Most of people in Japan only recognize Rice Paper as the material for Goi Cuon. Hopefully, I have a chance to spread this “Vietnamese Pizza” and “Vietnamese Crape” to Japan.”
