If you are in Mui Ne for a visit, I do recommend this resort to stay in because it is a really nice resort with the tropical garden feel. They have a lot of trees and plants so it blocks the sun and provide cool air in the area. Plus the main reason of the review is ofcourse about the food.

I check it out their Sandals Restaurant just for drinks and dessert. I do like their creme brulee style, its different with a twist. I like it a lot because creme brulee are hard to make and the texture is just right. Very smooth and the twist is that they have coconut and mango. I thought it was gonna over power the actual taste of the creme brulee, but nope, it was just right at the edge. I also like that their sugar top coat are at the right thickness to crack it like a glass, now thats the right creme brulee dessert. When your dessert is delicious with a beach view and fresh air. You feel complete lol, like you just wanna sit there and just let it sink in and enjoy the relaxation of your vacation.

Usually, when you order creme brulee, you only get creme brulee. This place added ice-cream and mango jam, well to me it doesnt compliment anything in flavors to boost their taste. Because all of them are already taste good and I believe those are just side dish to come with your main dessert.
