Bacon pieces were undercooked and chewy

We tried:
1. Imported burratta (ca. 400k)
2. Bolognese (half portion, ca. 200k)
3. Carbonara (full portion, ca. 300k)
Total bill: 967.000 vnd incl. service charge.

1. The burratta was old, of low quality and small in size (6cm diameter). It had a stringy, chewy texture.

2. We asked for spaghetti instead of tagliatelle. It came as tagliatelle. Sauce and meat tasted like cheap canned bolognese. (Army rations would taste better...)

3. Size was decent. Spaghettie was undercooked. Cheese sauce was runny and watery. Lacked flavour and seasoning. Bacon pieces were undercooked and chewy.
