This is the best place for hotel guest I think

I have experienced this restaurant once. It locates in a hotel near main port of Haiphong. Quite nice and warm view with good service. This rest. serves food and drink from breakfast to dinner. I tried Vietnamese food, the quality is quite ok but not really aromatic and delicious as original Vietnamese flavor. They also serve steak and other cuisines, so please check the menu. They are quite famous for wine, so I think you will have various options for drink.

And there is no habour view! I mean it is used to next to a habour but that is for many years ago. Now the restaurant is completely surrounded by houses and buildings.

Price: quite expensive. If you want to find a place for party, then please think about other restaurants. This is the best place for hotel guest I think.
