Ordering a drink took 10-15mins of waiting while the store was NOT busy ( only 3-5 costumers)
The staff is very rude to the costumers, the lady in counter collecting drink is extremely rude and talk with a displeasure tone toward the costumer saying the costumer is too annoying and stubborn.
