Food was underwhelming- broth was luke-warm. Manager/owner tried to overcharge us on the total, despite me communucating with him in Vietnamese. The total should’ve been 155k but he tried to charge 210k...we ended up paying 155k bc i referred to the menu price. They have priced menus so I don’t know why he did what he did. He apologized for rounding up.
