Just feeling uncomfortable

Simply 1st and the only time come here.... Arriving on a heavy rain night, feel very angry with parking lots and people who are responsible for that. They do not welcome and help customers.
Coming inside the garden, staffs are not friendly and helpful as well!! They just simply stand and stare at customers.... I really don't like the way they treat customers especially when raining, they have to be more helpful. There are so many staffs but not helpful, I don't know why ....
We order several foods and bill of 2.4 million VND for 8 people. Foods are not delicious enough for the prices.
Just feeling uncomfortable ....
