Considering there are over a dozen idle staff on duty, one would expect better service
I ordered a granola and yogurt and fruit salad with my latte. The waitress who brought it was too cool for school. Not waiting for me to ask for anything additional.
The granola had been dumped out of a box it came from, which probably had been humid, because they were all clumped into a massive lump and hardened.
They dont turn on the ac except for the area where the staff gather together.
