50/50 ratio beef and bacon are all too finely minced

“Oreo Cream Stout”,,, yeah, creamy and chocolate, just like Oreo but for adult only. This isn’t the type to gulp instead, enjoy slowly. Tried new dish, Rice Cracker Tostada. Menu description stated “topped with citrus marinated beef” and yes, I detected beef deeply hidden under corn,,, maybe need to change description. Also, ordered Biacraft Cheese Burger which was nice but wish patty had more chunky ground texture. 50/50 ratio beef and bacon are all too finely minced.
